SEISYS Imaging Professional Solutions provides all of the services needed to complete the process of converting, managing, and sharing your assets within a secured environment. The main objective is to insure that the most cost-effective and complete imaging management solution is applied.

Asset Management Solutions Analysis

Before any intelligent decision can be made, the SEISYS Group conducts a complete workflow and imaging systems analysis. The Workflow and Imaging Systems Analysis reviews your operational rules and regulations concerning record retention and management. Additionally, this service also reviews your current (called Day Forward) and archived (called Back File) assets for type and volume (documents, microfilm/fiche, electronic, video, text, sounds, CAD/CAE, GIS/GPS, and other data-generated files), and rich-content images (photos, negatives, slides, reflective art, halftones, contones, and existing image file formats – JPEG, MPEG, TIFFs). When applicable, The SEISYS Group will also provide a pro forma report, with a return on investment analysis report. The SEISYS Workflow and Imaging Analysis is provided at no cost.

In most situations, a blend of solutions is required. The User may perform the imaging solution for Day Forward assets, while The SEISYS Group provides the imaging solution for Back File assets. Whatever the solutions requirements are, The SEISYS Group will be flexible and always available to assist in all imaging management matters.

Proof-Of-Concept Services

Once the systems analysis is completed, the User is then provided an opportunity to witness first hand the recommended solution, called a Proof-Of-Concept demonstration. The Proof-Of- Concept system shows how the assets are converted to digital format, managed for improved performance (indexing, OCR, image enhancement), and prepared for digital access. If the recommendations require the User performing the Day Forward imaging solution, The SEISYS Group will provide the system along with the support (installation, training, warranty/post- warranty service). The SEISYS Proof-Of-Concept service can be performed onsite or at The SEISYS Group’s facilities in Tinton Falls, New Jersey or Warrenton, Virginia.

Day Forward And Back File Imaging Services

The SEISYS Group provides a complete imaging service utilizing the latest technology in imaging hardware and software systems. Depending on the situation, the service can be rendered onsite or at one of our group facilities in New Jersey or Virginia. Junior Account Executive-Data Storage

Storage Engine, Inc. (SEI) is a growing innovative provider of data storage solutions. We are seeking a junior sales/marketing account executive candidate to support the Sales Team. This is currently an inside technical selling position for the above technology solutions and services that can develop into an outside account executive position. This candidate will work with the sales team to developing new business opportunities. This position is based in the Tinton Falls, NJ. SEI products/solutions value to enterprise clients thru relationship development, and consultative selling skills.

We are seeking motivated candidates that are computer savvy that can help us continue our growth with the SEI products/solutions value, relationship development, and consultative selling skills. This position spearheads our end-to-end sales process of a solutions-based sales/engagement model for assigned territory/agencies. This selling position leverages appropriate SEI offerings and expertise to objectively address customer needs in an effort to become their trusted advisor. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the sales team to develop C-level and IT executives at Commercial and Government Agencies so they become familiar with the value of the SEI solutions. This includes proposal preparation, follow up with clients, diagram depictions, and to offer assistance for all the needs as directed.
  • You will plan, organize, and lead our outbound marketing efforts for business development to identify new opportunities for our solutions and services. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of computers, motivation and success.
  • You will learn about data storage solutions (hardware and software), along with our consulting services offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and how to solve data center pain points, and application strategy. Ability to help customer to understand the benefits that SEI has to offer with our solutions, benefits and savings.
  • Initiate direct and electronic contacts with prospective by adding value and differentiation. May assist other team members as needed.
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of SEI products, policies and services.
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of the SEI offering where they fit and know when to engage assistance from others. (including a technical background/experience)
  • Self motivated, outgoing and engaging.
  • Representing SEI products and solutions at tradeshows, seminars and other demand-generation events.
  • Provides quotes and presents proposals to prospects and customers as needed.
  • Drive the sales engagement model with potential users within the defined territory.

Competencies We seek a proven individual with exceptional relationship development skills coupled with savvy computer skills to augment our team.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Technical computer experience. and contracting vehicles.

  • Position may requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret (SCI with poly) US government security clearance.
  • Enterprise account management experience or technical experience.

Cyber Security Engineers - Incident Response and Forensics

Cyber Security Engineer – Incident Response and Forensics will assist with Cyber Forensics Capability, info of any network security corrective actions and work with Information Technology and other staff to address security issues accordance with Cyber Security Strategy. The Cyber Security Engineer’s efforts will support existing efforts and add new projects to increase cybersecurity profile and evaluate potential cybersecurity zones against evolving APTA standards for the Operationally Critical Security Zone (OCSZ).

The Cyber Security Engineer will assist with the monitoring of all networks, IPS\IDS’s, and security tools for network intrusions, unauthorized access and indicators of compromise. Assist with incident response (IR) efforts. Assist with the detection, identification, response, containment and remediation of information security incidents. Research and dist1ibute cyber threat intelligence to protect all SEI networks. Provide information security metrics and key performance indicators (KP I’s). Assist the Security Operations Team when appropriate.

QUALIFICATION

  • 3-5 years Information Security experience required
  • Forensics and Immediate Response experience required
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills required
  • Computer forensics experience a plus with lulls such as Encase, FTK, X-Ways Forensics or IEF a
  • Reverse engineering of Malware
  • Experience SIEM tools such as Splunk, McAfee ESM, LogRhythm is required
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCE, GCF/\, GNF/\, GCIH or GCIA. Experience in lieu of certification will be taken into
